This watch features a silver monochrome dial, a stark contrast to the more common design with different schemes. Thus, it was nicknamed Albino. And even though this does not feature large amount of diamonds, the celebrity value took it over the half a million dollar price point.
A collector bid for $505,000 at Sotheby’s back in 2008. That figure dropped some jaws because experts thought the price was just going to be around $100,000.
